Refund Policy

1. Individual Purchases

Courses bought online by students are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided less than 20% of the lessons have been accessed and zero quiz attempts have been made.

2. Corporate & Coordinator Accounts

Institutional contracts, custom upskilling plans, and batch seat allocations are non-refundable. Please coordinate with your dedicated account manager for credits.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source payment account (Razorpay card/UPI) within 5–7 working days.
