How do I verify a course certificate?
You can verify any certificate issued by Rigel Edu by visiting the Verify Certificate page and entering the unique code printed at the bottom of the certificate.
Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
Rigel Edu features a hybrid learning player. Some modules are self-paced text/video, while major curriculum sections include scheduled live Zoom webinars hosted directly by qualified faculty members.
Can an institution enroll their own cohort of students?
Yes! Our Organization Portal allows coordinators to import student profiles via CSV files, assign batches, request transfers, and monitor progress metrics under white-label configurations.
What payment methods do you support?
For online individual student purchases, we support card payments, UPI, Netbanking, and wallets integrated via Razorpay checkouts. For organization accounts, we provide monthly invoicing.
